Sahibas is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Wholesale Manager to join our growing wholesale team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing wholesale client relationships, coordinating orders, tracking inventory, supporting sales planning, and ensuring smooth day-to-day wholesale operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain wholesale client relationships
• Coordinate orders, payments, inventory & deliveries
• Assist with sales planning, pricing proposals & reporting
• Communicate with clients and resolve service issues
• Coordinate with sales and production teams for timely fulfillment
• Analyze market trends and identify new wholesale opportunities
• Support strategies to grow wholesale revenue
Requirements
• Strong analytical, communication, customer service & sales skills
• Experience in fashion, apparel, retail or wholesale is preferred
• Good command of MS Excel
• Familiarity with ERP / inventory management systems is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage
