Assistant To Technical Director

Description:

We are seeking an Assistant to Technical Director of Software House for Client Side and Backend Development to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Technical Director to help oversee client side and backend development projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting the Technical Director with project planning, design, and implementation

Collaborating with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects

Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide status updates on projects

Conducting research and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications & Job Description:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

2+ years of experience in software development, preferably in client side and backend development

Strong communication and project management skills

Ensure delivery consistent with Agile processes across the team

Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and SQL

Experience with popular frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Dot-net, PHP-Laravel

Work effectively with Project Managers and Product Owners to ensure delivery against agreed priorities

Create, implement and maintain a continuous improvement plan for software development teams

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both as an individual contributor and a technical lead
