We’re Hiring: Assistant to General Manager
Al Riaz Chemicals is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant to GM to support our leadership team in managing daily operations, projects, and strategic initiatives. This is a great opportunity to work closely with top management in a growing chemical industry environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager.
Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence on behalf of the GM.
Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and timely task execution.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business matters.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
🔹 Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in the chemical industry.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Male candidates preferred.
🔹 Job Details:
📍 Location: I.I Chandigarh Road, Karachi
🕐 Full-time | First Shift (8:45 AM – 5:10 PM)
💰 Salary: PKR 50,000 to 60,000 (based on experience)
