Assistant Technical Project Manager, Technical Project Coordinator, CTO

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: -

• Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Facilitate team communication, address roadblocks, and ensure workflow efficiency using Agile methodologies to manage project timelines.
• Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning to shape the company's strategic direction, driving growth through technology
• Go the extra mile and burn the midnight oil when necessary, especially for pre-sales opportunities.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: -

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2-5 years in project management within tech/software development; extensive experience in software development, technology architecture, fintech, and IT operations.
• Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or Certified Scrum-Master (CSM) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Trello, Click-Up);
• Exceptional communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills with proven ability to lead Tech teams of up to 10 people.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud), data analytics, and data management.
