Assistant Sales Manager

Description:

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. 

Responsibilities

1. Supervise the activities of sales representatives and team in order to meet sales target

2.Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets.

3.Previous supervisory experience from solar energy company is strongly encouraged. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 2 years' of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
