Assistant Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager of Sales to join our dynamic team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 02 years of experience in the solar industry, with a strong background in sales. We prefer candidates with an engineering or business graduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the clients and can achieve his sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share in the solar energy industry.

Foster and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Conduct meetings with Clients.

Should do site surveys for system installation.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 02 years of experience in the solar industry with a proven track record in sales. A bachelor's degree in engineering or business is required. Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in sales techniques, CRM systems, and market analysis.

Results-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
