We are looking for an ambitious and result oriented Assistant Manager - Sales, at our Lahore office, to grow and strengthen our business. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through implementing strategies, generating sales, and forging strong brand image.

The Assistant Manager - Sales reports to the Chief Executive Officer, and is one of the key roles as he/she is responsible for managing client’s business needs. With an extremely ambitious plan to conquer International market, this position is the bridge between the clients and internal team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Sustain and grow business through outstanding and professional client management services.
• Bring in new potential business opportunities while sustaining the present ones.
• Bridge between client and internal team to understand and deliver client’s business needs.
• Guide in deciding platforms to deliver campaign objectives.
• Managing all customer interaction channels ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Checking quality control and assurance for all inbound and outbound communication and complaint handling.
• Reporting of Weekly Sales Report.
• Support in Bidding and Proposal Writing.
• Ensure proper Client Relationship Management.
• Create customized proposals and bids for projects that meet the client's specific needs and requirements.
• Explore new sales channels and promising markets.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum business graduate from a reputable institution.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar or core sales role in an Advertising / Marketing Agency.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in MS Office
