Assistant Project Manager



Job Description

  • Must have 5+ years of experience of all stages of project life cycle from inception through monitoring and closing to deliver projects that exceed expectations on time.
  • Requirement Gathering, Define Scopes, Resource Allocations and establishing schedules meeting or exceeding project demands.
  • Attending/Conducting client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
  • Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Effectively and accurately, communicate relevant project information to all stakeholders.
  • Track the progress and quality of work being performed by all internal departments.
  • Use PM tool to monitor projects plans, work hours, and schedules.
  • Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.
  • Oversaw planning, application development, verification and risks involved in software projects.
  • Help project team resolving issues immediately ensuring project deliverables were not negatively impacted.
