🎓 Qualification: Pharm-D / MBA (Marketing)
💼 Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical marketing

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute brand strategies and annual marketing plans
✅ Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, HCP engagement, and events
✅ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches
✅ Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize marketing investments
✅ Provide product training and scientific support to the sales force
✅ Track product performance and key business KPIs to drive continuous improvement
