Assistant Performance Marketer

An International Property Development Company is urgently hiring a highly skilled and analytical Assistant Performance Marketer for its office located in DHA Phase 6, Karachi. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong foundation in paid digital marketing strategies and are capable of driving measurable performance through data-driven decision-making.

In this role, the Assistant Performance Marketer will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital mediums. The successful candidate must be well-versed in modern advertising techniques and comfortable using analytical tools to track performance, generate insights, and recommend optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to assess and improve campaign effectiveness.

• Monitor and optimize ad budgets, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation to ensure high ROI.

• Collaborate on quarterly tax liability projections and comparisons tied to marketing spend and returns.

• Analyze performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to inform strategic decisions.

• Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital platforms to generate detailed performance reports.

• Work closely with the content and creative teams to refine ad copy and design optimized landing pages for SEO and lead generation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in digital or performance marketing.

• Proficiency in using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and various digital tracking tools.

• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
