Description:
Reporting: Generate multiple reports tailored to meet our customers' specific requirements and create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for internal use.
Route Planning: Assist in creating daily shipments routes, considering optimal delivery sequences to maximize fuel and mileage efficiency.
Driver Coordination: Maintain constant communication with internal staff via email and WhatsApp, addressing any issues or interruptions promptly.
Customer Engagement: Liaise with customers regarding booking times, and references, and handle delays or potential delivery issues via email communication.
Adaptability: Be prepared for ad hoc tasks assigned by your line manager or head of department to meet the evolving needs of our business.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Must be a Proficient in MS Excel (advanced) and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in reporting and generating KPIs.
- Capable of thriving under pressure while effectively prioritizing workloads.
- Ambitious, hardworking, driven, and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Confidence in developing relationships with sites and customers at all levels.
- Willingness and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
