Description:

A leading Facilities Management Firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Operation and Technical Manager to oversee daily facility operations, support maintenance activities, and ensure the efficient use of resources. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in managing facility systems, with the ability to lead teams toward operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.

  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure the timely execution of tasks.

  • Monitor and maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), arranging necessary repairs when needed.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Manage budgets, maintenance logs, and the procurement of materials and equipment.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of renovation or improvement projects.

  • Provide leadership and support to facility staff, ensuring high standards of performance and efficiency.

  • Report to senior management with updates and recommendations regarding operations and facility performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in facility or operations management (assistant or supervisory role).

  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Additional: Familiarity with building systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Proficient in MS Office and facility management software/tools.
