Master Group of Industries is hiring an Assistant Manager Visual Merchandising to oversee the presentation of products across dealership outlets. This role focuses on creating impactful displays, enhancing customer engagement, and driving sales through effective visual strategies. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams, the Assistant Manager will ensure that all visual merchandising efforts align with brand standards and improve the in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies for dealership outlets in line with brand guidelines.
- Plan, design, and visually apply product displays and signage to attract customers and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align displays with seasonal campaigns and sales objectives.
- Maintain store layouts to ensure cohesive and attractive presentations.
- Conduct regular visits to dealerships to ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld.
- Train and guide dealership staff on visual merchandising techniques and product setups.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts, using sales data and customer feedback to improve displays.
- Coordinate production and installation of visual elements such as posters, banners, and display fixtures.
- Assist in managing visual merchandising budgets for cost-effective displays.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors’ visual strategies, introducing new ideas to improve dealership merchandising.
- Support marketing initiatives through effective in-store visual communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising or any equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising.
