Description:
We are looking for two dynamic, results-driven Assistant Managers for Sales & Marketing to join our teams in Islamabad and Abbottabad. You will be responsible for expanding our market footprint, managing key accounts, and ensuring that our coal and cement products reach the right clients at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and convert new business opportunities within the construction, manufacturing, and energy sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing wholesalers, contractors, and industrial end-users.
- Sales Strategy: Execute localized marketing strategies to increase brand visibility in the Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Peshawar, or Abbottabad/Hazara regions.
- Supply Chain Liaison: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of coal and cement orders.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and regulatory changes in the mining and construction sectors.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the cement, coal, steel, or construction materials industry.
- Communication: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu (knowledge of Pashto or Hindko is an advantage for the Abbottabad role).
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Excel for data tracking.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
