Indus Motor Company Ltd is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager Sales Analyst – Sales Planning
- Managing & monitoring allocation units (authorization to book customer orders) by considering forecast, balance production, stock in hand etc. in order to ensure availability of vehicle booking nationwide at all times.
- Monitoring & compiling the requirements of vehicles nationwide for review and approval.
- Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve planning related issues
- Analyzing the status of customer orders to check their status in order to ensure smooth invoicing
- Managing the IMC stock at the dealerships and ensuring timely invoicing.
- Liaison with PC&L department to finalize the production plan on a 4 month rolling basis.
- Analyzing the monthly forecast & managing the process of dealership annual sales plan.
- Preparation of management weekly & monthly sales presentations.
- Good Data Analytical skills
- Proficient use of MS Excel
- Good with numbers
