  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies, source top talent, and manage the hiring process.
  • Internship & MTO Programs: Design, implement, and oversee internship and management trainee programs.
  • Employee Engagement & Work Culture: Drive initiatives to enhance engagement, foster inclusivity, and improve workplace satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Qualification: BBA/MBA in HR or a relevant field
  • Experience: 2-3 years in HR, preferably in FMCG, Retail, or related industries
  • Immediate joining required!
