Assistant Manager Quality

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager Quality to strengthen our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality management within the manufacturing sector, preferably in footballs and goalkeeper gloves production.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and implement quality standards and procedures

• Review the implementation and efficiency of inspection systems

• Document internal audits and other quality activities

• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues

• Collect and analyze statistical quality data to identify improvements

• Recommend, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions

• Prepare reports to communicate QA findings and activities

• Identify training needs and organize training programs for QC teams

• Maintain documentation of the Quality Management System (QMS)

✅ Requirements:

🎓 Master’s degree (Engineering / Industrial Technology / Relevant field)

📅 Minimum 3-4 years of experience in manufacturing (Sports Goods preferred)

⚽ Experience in footballs and goalkeeper gloves is an advantage

🗂️ Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, audits, and compliance

🗣️ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills
