As Assistant Manager Product Development, you will play a critical role in leading the design and development of new furniture collections. Your focus will be on transforming ideas into functional, market-ready products by collaborating with internal departments including design, production, quality, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new furniture designs aligned with brand aesthetics and market trends.

• Prepare detailed design briefs, prototypes, and 3D renderings for product visualization.

• Ensure all products meet quality, durability, and safety standards before launch.

• Coordinate with procurement and manufacturing teams to source suitable materials and manage production timelines.

• Evaluate customer feedback and market data to continuously improve product offerings.

• Maintain documentation of all development processes and manage version controls effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Furniture Technology, or a related field.

• Prior experience in the furniture manufacturing or interior design industry is highly desirable.

• Strong creative flair with practical knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and product lifecycle.

• Proficiency in design and CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, etc.).

• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with tight timelines.
