Required Skills & Competencies
Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing internal control and payroll taxes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Collect and validate payroll information received from concemed departments and prepare the payroll, including but not limited to) new hiring, resignations, leaves, overtime, deducions, incentives, advance salary, other expenses, tax rebate and employee removal from payroll
Collaborate with Finance Department to reconcile and validate the final cut payroll and release the funds for salary disbursement
Serve as a primary contact to resolve payroll related employee queries.
Identify and process the retirement cases on monthly basis and inform the relevant HODs.
Maintain employee confirmation database and send reminders to the relevant HODs on to initiate the confirmation appraisal form.
Qualification & Experience: BBAMBA (Finance/HRM), with minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience,
