Appedology Pvt Ltd is looking for Assistant Manager Operations

Requirements:

Must have at least 03-04 years of experience in the healthcare industry / BPO.

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

Proficient in MS Excel.

Able to work in night shifts (8 P.M - 5 AM).

Responsibilities:

Provide the leadership required for the successful completion of projects assigned to the team, striving for continual improvement.

Motivate the agents to meet given targets and ensure continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures. and practices.

Establishing or enhancing Operational procedures, processes, and best practices that ensure business success.

Contribute towards the achievement of the company's strategic and operational objectives.

Communicates with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times are met.

Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability.
