Description:

• Performing inspections of equipment to ensure that it is in good working order and that safety precautions are being followed
• Evaluating possible causes of machinery failures and taking corrective action where needed
• Coach jobs, counsel on career and develop team members.
• Develop needed infrastructure to ensure Mechanical Engineering Competency.
• Ensure that logbooks for plants and machinery are properly maintained.
• Ensure availability of sufficient stock of necessary spare parts required by machines.
• Helping to develop a maintenance plan for equipment to ensure that it stays in good working condition over time
• Scheduling maintenance activities to ensure that machinery is in good working
