AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire Assistant Manager (Mechanical Engineer) for its entity (Ocean Mall)
Qualification: BE (Mechanical/Electrician)
Experience: 5-6 years
Job Duties:
* Design Maintenance Strategies, procedure and method, and develop
* Documents according to preventive , breakdown
* Carry out routine maintenance work and quickly responds to Equipment's Faults
* Good Knowledge of Mechanical, electrical ,Safety ,HVAC, Compressors ,Fire Alarm and controlling 
* Control Maintenance tools , stores and equipment's , and also develop inventory of technical equipment lists
* Monitor and control maintenance cost, energy cost and improve health and safety policies in surrounding areas
* Proper data collection and maintain the facilities maintenance schedule
* Report to BUH and Head of technical on daily basis and high light major issues and flexibility availability for 24/7 stand by duties and emergencies call
