Kohat Cement Company Ltd KCCL is looking for Assistant Manager - IPM
What we are expecting:
Responsible for planning and scheduling of engineering work at plant.
Drive formal program of root cause identification/failure analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures.
Development of improvement plans to achieve reliability related targets.
Ensuring that shutdowns are completed within time constraints and budgets resulting in the required plant performance.
Ensuring high equipment reliability and availability with no unplanned stops.
Prepare conditions equipment reports according to the frequency established for implementation
Skills/ Competencies:
• In-depth knowledge of preventative, predictive and planned maintenance
• Knowledge of balancing equipment's .
Good at Planning, organizing & execution
Qualifications B.Sc. Engg (Mechanical/Electrical) • 1-4 years IPM/CM Experience Preferably in Cement
