We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager HR to support day-to-day HR operations at our Multiple Business Facilities. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

 

Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager HR, you will support recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations for coaching, operations, and administrative staff.

 

Key Responsibilities

✔ Support recruitment and onboarding of staff

✔ Maintain employee records and HR documentation

✔ Monitor attendance, leaves, and shift schedules

✔ Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts

✔ Support HR policies, discipline, and compliance

✔ Handle employee queries and basic grievance support

✔ Assist in training coordination and HR reporting

 

Requirements

Bachelors - Preferably Masters – Human Resources

Minimum 2 years of HR experience

Prior experience in a sports club, gym, or recreation facility is a strong plus

Basic knowledge of HR operations and labor laws

Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation

Strong communication and coordination skills
