  • To Provide Comprehensive, Accurate and Timely Services to Head HR
  • To Develop and Implement HR Strategies and Initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • To Prepare and Process Monthly Payroll Error Free and Ensure to Meet the Deadlines
  • To Ensure the Accuracy and Timely Process of all External Parties Summary on Monthly Basis for Bills
  • To Verify Expense Claims and all types of Vouchers
  • To Develop, Analyze and Update the Company’s Annual Budget, Bonus, Increments and Promotions
  • To Develop and Implementation of Cost Reduction Projects
  • To Manage Employee Loan Provision, Provident Fund and Deduction as Per Policy
  • To Develop and Implement HR Strategies
  • To Deal with Legal Requirements Related to HR, Reducing Legal Risks and Ensuring Regulatory Compliance Dealing with EOBI, Social Security and Labor Department for Employee Related Issues
  • To Manage the Activities of Compensation and Benefits
  • Any Other Task assigned by HOD
