Job Description:

• To supervise all reimbursements, OPD and hospital claims.

• Responsible for timely medical evaluation of reimbursement claims and cases,

• Responsible for timely medical evaluation of hospitals/OPD claims.

• To handle medical claims queries of all internal and external customers,

• To communicate with client via email or letter regarding their medical claims.

• To build business relationships with hospitals and clients.
