Assistant Manager Finance

 

Description:

AM Associates is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager Finance to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of solid experience in accounts payable and receivable, with a keen eye for detail and strong command of financial operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and client collections
  • Maintain and reconcile ledgers, vendor/client balances, and financial records
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders for financial matters
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports
  • Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in a similar finance role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP/financial systems
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
