Job Responsibilities:

  • Proven relevant experience of 2-4 years. Experience must include operational matters of services industry
  • Maintaining Customer & Vendor Ledgers
  • Must have proven, strong foundation of double entries, International Accounting Standards/ IFRS & accounting treatments.
  • Day to Day Book-keeping of all activities & transactions.
  • Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
  • Payroll Management.
  • Weekly Bank reconciliation.
  • Substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
  • Preparing management reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Must be able to work under pressure in a startup environment.
  • Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
  • Ensuring month-wise complete soft and hard copy record keeping of every transaction (both Dr + Cr)
  • Maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
  • Computing taxes.
  • Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
  • Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
