Qarshi Industries, a leading name in natural health and wellness products in Pakistan, is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Manager Exports at its Lahore office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, driven, and export-savvy professional to contribute to the company’s international trade operations and help drive global market expansion.
As Assistant Manager Exports, you will play a pivotal role in handling all aspects of export operations—from documentation and logistics to international client communication and market research. The position requires strategic thinking, cross-border coordination skills, and a strong grasp of regulatory frameworks for export compliance.
Manage export documentation, contracts, and associated banking formalities, ensuring timely submission and accuracy in compliance with international trade regulations
Coordinate with international clients on product orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual terms
Develop and maintain export forecasts, budgeting plans, and market reports to support strategic decision-making
Liaise with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure seamless delivery operations
Ensure timely order confirmations, invoicing, and shipment follow-ups
Work within SAP (S4Hana) for export data entry, tracking, and financial coordination
Proficiently manage Pakistan Single Window (PSW) export compliance system
Stay up to date with market trends, export regulations, and customer expectations
Utilize AI tools for enhancing market research, communication, or efficiency—preferred but not mandatory
🎓 Education:
BBA (Hons) or MBA in Finance, Marketing, International Business, or related field
💼 Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience in export documentation, client liaison, and trade operations, preferably in the FMCG or pharmaceutical sector
💡 Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SAP S4Hana
Familiarity with Pakistan Single Window (PSW) platform
Strong command over Microsoft Excel, export logistics software, and documentation procedures
Understanding of international pricing, contracts, and INCOTERMS
