Mughal Iron & Steel Industries Limited is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced ERP Functional Expert to join our growing team. If you have a passion for ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a drive to optimize business processes, we want to hear from you!

🔍 What We're Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years in ERP functional roles, with at least 2 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Qualification: BBA / MBA / ACCA (Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred but not mandatory).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service). Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, or other Microsoft tools is a plus.

📜 Key Responsibilities: • Assist in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 to align with organizational requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, recommending efficient solutions. • Identify gaps in current workflows, proposing enhancements through Dynamics 365 capabilities. • Design and execute test scenarios for new functionalities and system updates. • Deliver user training and create support documentation for smooth adoption of ERP features. • Coordinate with external vendors or consultants to resolve technical issues. • Ensure compliance with system security policies and organizational standards.
