• Understand and develop architectural drawings
• Sound knowledge of medium and large scale civil related projects
• Develop BOQ with complete scope of works and technical details
• Product cost estimates
• Produce tender documents with all terms and conditions
• Coordination with consultants and contractors
• Site supervision
• Review and checking of submittals
• Quantity surveying
• Verification of bills
