Description:
Job Purpose:
- To drive adoption of digital products & platforms owned by CMPak (Apps & Portals) with intention of shifting traffic from offline channels to online alternates.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the user & traffic growth of digital products & platforms (including My Zong App, Corporate Website, Subscription Portals, Redirect Portals etc.)
- Devise and execute strategies to boost user acquisition, engagement and retention on digital products & platforms
- Managing and working with cross functional teams (including Segments, MARCOM, Product Development, CVM, IT etc.)
- Responsible for designing, finalizing and testing UI/UX. Coordinate with development teams for speedy development and roll out of all new features and changes
- Track user experience across all products and platforms; conduct research, identify issues in customer experience and fix using optimal solutions
- Responsible to use analytics to formulate and update business projections including revenue forecasting, cost estimation, new product offering and profit expectation
- Brainstorm new and creative, organic and paid growth, engagement and retention strategies
- Responsible for prioritization, scaling and automation of growth channels.
- Identify trends and insights, supervise performance optimization of digital and traditional media
- Be data-driven, with clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
- Stay abreast with latest developments in the landscape of digital app industry & competition
- Develop product forecasts for target & growth monitoring
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education & Certification:
- Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputed univeristy
Experience:
- 5 years of work experience in digital or related roles
Skills – Generic:
- Strong understanding of the digital industry and the opportunities and challenges in the local market
- Strong understanding of the analytical tools
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to convert numbers into insights and decisions
Skills – Job Specific:
- Strong Commercial understanding of GSM business
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Strong People Management & Stakeholder Management Skills
