Job Responsibilities

• To prepare cost data sheet for development of Aluminium

Die-Casting / Machining parts.

. Project Planning, Monitoring & Scheduling.

• To verify items issuance Requisition (IIR).

• To prepare comprehensive report for under development parts.

• To review OTS & Customer event trials sample inspection reports.

• Documentation related to QMS i.e. IATF 16949 & ISO 14001.

• To assist department head in mass production troubleshooting.

• Taking effective and corrective action in case of non-conformance.

• To raise Requisition for Local/Import Purchases (PR).

• Analyze & maintain Aspect, Impact & its significance chart.

• Implement IATF 16949 & ISO14001 (EMS) in department.

• Verification & analysis of mold & dies design provided by tool maker.

• Verification & analysis of cast & Sheet Metal design provided by tool maker.

Job Specification

• Bachelor's in Engineering

• 3+ years' relevant experience in development of Aluminium Die-Casting / Machining parts.

• Proficient with computer design software such as Auto Cad,

• Solid works, Pro E & etc.

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Advanced Analytical & Mathematical skills.

• To prepare drawings of different types of gages for parts inspection & prepare

drawings of trollies for packaging / dispatch of parts.
