Assistant Manager Compliance

LAKSON INVESTMENTS is looking to recruit a professional for the position of Assistant Manager Compliance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Ensure compliance with NBFC Rules & Regulations; prepare Compliance Reports in line with NBFC Regulations, Directives and Circulars issued by SECP -

Timely escalation of Non-compliances to relevant departments

- Review of Policies/SOPS - Fatca/CRS/SECP/Internal/External reporting

- KYC/AML exercise for all Investors portfolio.

- Assist in routine/defined/assigned activities

EDUCATION Bachelor's degree from a reputable/HEC recognized university or from a renowned accounting body/foreign university.

EXPERIENCE Minimum 2-3 years of relevant industry/AMC experience
