Assistant Manager Cloud

Description:

SEFAM Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in fashion and retail, is looking for a competent and results-driven Assistant Manager Cloud to join its IT department at the Head Office in Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, optimizing, and securing SEFAM’s hybrid cloud environment, with a special focus on Microsoft Azure platforms.

This role is ideal for professionals who have substantial experience with cloud platforms, Azure AD (Entra AD), and cloud migration, and who want to work in a dynamic and innovation-driven enterprise IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize SEFAM’s hybrid cloud infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance

• Lead and execute end-to-end cloud migration projects, including moving data, applications, and systems to Microsoft Azure

• Administer and manage Azure Active Directory (Entra AD) for access management, identity configuration, and secure sign-on processes

• Proactively monitor cloud resources, troubleshoot operational issues, and take preventive measures to mitigate service disruptions

• Automate deployment and operations tasks using scripting tools such as PowerShell and Azure CLI

• Ensure compliance with cloud security protocols, organizational policies, and applicable regulatory requirements

• Document cloud architecture, policies, and procedures, and stay up to date with Microsoft Azure developments

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance cloud solutions

Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

💼 Experience:

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure management and Azure services, particularly in hybrid environments

💡 Technical Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including cloud services deployment, monitoring, and automation

• Strong command over Azure Active Directory (Entra AD) for enterprise-level access and identity management

• Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Azure CLI

• Demonstrated experience in executing cloud migration projects, along with troubleshooting complex cloud operations

• Strong understanding of cloud compliance and security frameworks

📜 Certifications (Preferred):

• Required: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

• Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
