Description:

We are currently looking for an ‘Assistant Manager Client Servicing’.
Location: Karachi

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from reputable university.

Work Experience:

  • 1 – 2 year of experience in Client Servicing/Account Management department

Job Responsibilities:

  • maintain community standards.
  • social media on each digital account.
  • Liaise with Studio Department to get relevant assets made for clients.
  • Responsible for execution of digital campaigns for each client.
  • Liaise with strategy, operations and media buying teams brief them about campaigns and skillfully execute digital campaigns as per client’s need.
  • Responsible for the costing of each campaign and assets associated with them.
  • Create social media reports upon request of each client.
  • Coordinating with finance department and following up on payments from the clients.

Job Specific Skills:

  • Knowledge about social media platforms
  • Sound knowledge digital media reporting tools
  • Good with numbers
  • Ability to work with power point and excel
