Description:
To support and assist in overseeing the daily administrative operation of the organization. This role involves managing office services, supervising administrative staff and ensuring efficient and effective administrative process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing administrative projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate project activities, timeless and resources keeping all stakeholders informed of progress
- Monitor projects progress, address any issues that arise and report on status to management
- Assist in the development and implementation of administration policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Assist in managing the administration budget, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunity.
- Oversee the management of office facilities, including space planning, health and safety compliances and security. Coordinate with building management and service providers to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
- To ensure the inward & outward gates passes are proceed through ERP & Advance it as per late market practices
- To manage the security team and set the SOP as per market best practices.
- To manage the all-vendors agreements, quotation as per the Standards.
- Assist with planning and organizing company events, meeting and conferences.
- Ensure the social compliances of the employees that include of PESSI & EOBI.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
- Responsible for the employee uniform and ensure the uniform policy.
- Maintain office equipment coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
- To maintain the housekeeping of the company and to ensure the cleanliness.
- Deal with government agencies i.e police, irrigation dept, Punjab Worker Welfare Dept, PESSI, EOBI, Lesco Wapda, Punjab Food Authority, Dengue Dept and Labour Court.
Requirements:
- Graduation/BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management or public Administration.
- 3-4 years hands on experience preferably from textile industry
- Good skills in MS Office (especially in Excel), in-page and MS outlook.
- Excellent communication and inter personal Skills.
- Positive attitude with multitasking abilitiss.
