Description:
Responsibilities:
Managing daily operations of the accounts department including
Monthly bank reconciliation and liaison with banks.
Revenue and Expenditure variance analysis.
Supervise all transactions and their posting in ERP System bend & year-end closings subordinates.
Internal reconciliation of vendors/customers in EPR System.
Ensure that withholding tax is being deducted as per standard rates and collection of withholding tax challans from tenants including its annual reconciliation.
Requirements:
ICMA or ACCA
Minimum 4 Years' experience at similar position
Knowledge of Financial Reporting ERP System, MS Office & Taxation.
