Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day accounting operations in line with company policies.
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
Oversee accounts receivable and payable to ensure accuracy and timely settlements.
Supervise fixed assets accounting and maintain comprehensive records.
Manage payroll processing while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Handle cost accounting, expense allocation, and inventory reconciliations.
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Prepare and review financial reports for management decision-making.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing accurate documentation.
Requirements:
CA Finalist with 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and corporate compliance.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
