Assistant Manager Accounts

 

Description:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include:

 

· Ensure timely completion of reconciliations, postings and checklists.

· Coordination for provision of data to the stakeholders.

· Monthly submission of data to SECP.

· Review and ensure timely adjustments of operational advances, advance to suppliers and capital work in progress.

· Monthly preparation of Budget vs Actual report.

· Monthly preparation of income and expense report.

· Review of budget with actual expense of projects and identifying opportunities for savings

· Liaising with external auditors.

· Timely provision of information/reports to other departments within the organization.

· Responding to internal audit queries.

· Review and monitoring of Information System for correctness, accuracy and identifying and discrepancies.

· Training of staff for updates, new policies and regular review of their performance.

· Establish and enforce new controls, design the structure and identify risks for new transactions / projects.

· Monitor and ensure timely payments, receipts and regular follow up.

· Ensure proper maintenance of records for accessibility, usefulness and completeness.

Educational qualification:

CA-Inter with Articles completed from a reputed firm

· ACMA with 3 years of experience.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Time management and Team player
