📋 Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily linehaul dispatch operations during the night shift.
- Ensure timely dispatch of 15+ vehicles daily to destinations across Pakistan.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, warehouse teams, and destination hubs.
- Monitor vehicle loading, departure schedules, and dispatch timelines.
- Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of dispatch records and operational documentation.
- Track vehicle departures and coordinate with relevant teams regarding delays or operational issues.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and ensure smooth, efficient transportation operations.
- Handle operational challenges and ensure timely resolution of dispatch-related issues.
- Maintain daily dispatch reports, vehicle movement records, and performance updates.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures.

📊 Reporting Responsibilities

- Prepare and share daily linehaul dispatch reports with management.
- Report vehicle departures, pending dispatches, delays, and operational exceptions.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, destination details, and dispatch performance.
- Highlight operational issues and provide timely updates to management.
- Monitor dispatch KPIs and report performance against operational targets.
- Ensure proper shift handover and communicate pending issues to the relevant team.

🎯 Requirements

- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, linehaul, or dispatch operations.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of vehicle dispatch planning and transportation operations.
- Proficiency in reporting, record keeping, and operational follow-ups.
- Ability to manage night-shift operations in a fast-paced environment.
