Position: Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing
Location: SITE, Karachi

Thermoplas (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a result-driven and energetic Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals and customer presentations
- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collection of receivables
- Coordinate with production, supply chain and other departments for smooth order execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis and forecasts
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows and promotional activities
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective after-sales support

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant Sales & Marketing experience
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical, presentation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- ERP/CRM knowledge is an added advantage
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
