Assistant Manager

Position: Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Apparel)
Location: Ferozepur Road, Lahore, Pakistan

Qualification:
• Master’s / MBA in Human Resources

Experience:
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
• Preference will be given to candidates with Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience in the Textile, Apparel, or Workwear Manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, and timely hiring
• Handle recruitment from requisition to offer, including job postings, interview scheduling, salary negotiations, reference checks, and offer documentation
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and departmental induction
• Support employer branding, LinkedIn careers page, university partnerships, internships, and campus recruitment
• Prepare and maintain monthly recruitment reports and dashboards
