Role: Assistant Manager – US Healthcare Operations

Location: On-Site (Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan)
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT (Monday – Friday)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership: Oversee day-to-day US Healthcare operational workflows, workforce planning, staff scheduling, and documentation management.
Performance Metrics: Monitor team productivity and turnaround times (TATs) to strictly maintain a 98%+ process accuracy and compliance rate.
Client & Provider Relations: Ensure 90%+ client satisfaction through excellent service delivery; coordinate with internal teams and external US healthcare providers.
Process Improvement: Supervise core operational front-end tasks like insurance verification and patient onboarding while actively identifying workflow efficiencies.
Reporting & Mentorship: Analyze operational KPIs, present data-driven performance reports, and coach team members to drive continuous professional growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 4–6 years of proven operations management experience, ideally within the US Healthcare RCM or international BPO sector.
Leadership: Minimum of 2–3 years of direct team leadership and people management experience.
Technical Skills: High proficiency with MS Office suite, operational reporting tools, and healthcare CRM systems.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills tailored for a fast-paced, compliance-heavy corporate environment.
