Description:

IPS (Information Process Solutions) Pakistan is seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven QA, Compliance & Sales Training Assistant Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives, sales compliance programs, and agent development across our USA-based B2B campaigns.

This role is ideal for professionals who have successfully managed both quality and training functions within an international BPO or contact center environment and have a proven track record of improving agent performance, sales conversions, and compliance standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead QA audits, compliance monitoring, scorecards, and calibration sessions

✅ Develop and implement SOPs, scripts, and quality improvement initiatives

✅ Design and deliver impactful B2B sales training programs

✅ Conduct live floor coaching, role-plays, and objection-handling workshops

✅ Manage QA Analysts, Trainers, and Team Leads

✅ Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement through data-driven coaching

📌 Mandatory Experience (Non-Negotiable):

✔ Manager or Assistant Manager – QA & Compliance in a USA-based B2B sales campaign or international call center

OR

✔ Training Manager / Sales Training Lead with responsibility for designing and delivering sales training programs in a BPO environment

✔ Minimum 4–8+ years of total BPO/contact center experience

✔ At least 2–3 years in a managerial QA or Training role
