We are looking on behalf of a client for a high-energy Assistant Manager – PR & Media Coordination to join our client's team in the dynamic industry of large-scale trade exhibitions, international expos, and corporate events!

The core of this role centers around the "Art of the Barter"—striking high-impact, cashless value-exchange alliances that amplify event reach, alongside managing flawless conventional and digital PR.


Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Expo & Event PR: Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies to build buzz and drive visitor footfall.
🔹 B2B Barter & Cross-Promotions: Identify, negotiate, and close strategic cashless deals with corporate clients and media houses.
🔹 Conventional Media Mastery: Leverage a rock-solid network with editors, journalists, and major newspaper publication houses for press releases and features.
🔹 Digital PR Alliances: Coordinate co-branded promotions with prominent online news portals, business forums, and blogs.
🔹 PR Value Tracking: Track and compile detailed post-event reports evaluating the total media value and ROI generated.

What We’re Looking For:
📌 Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, PR, Marketing, or a related field.
📌 Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in PR, Media Coordination, or B2B Brand Partnerships (Event management or agency experience is highly preferred).
📌 The Skillset: Exceptional persuasion skills, an active roster of national media contacts, and complete fluency in both English and Urdu.
