Key Responsibilities:

Drive business development activities for ERP, SAP Business One, Odoo, SaaS, and ICT solutions
Generate and manage qualified leads through networking, outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic partnerships
Conduct client discovery sessions to understand operational and business process challenges
Present tailored software solutions, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals
Coordinate with technical and functional teams for solution scoping, costing, and implementation planning
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business KPIs
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and opportunity analysis for management review

Candidate Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or Equivalent

Experience:
3–6 years of experience in B2B & B2C technology sales, ERP sales, SaaS, ICT solutions, or enterprise software business development

Required Skills:

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Understanding of enterprise business workflows and ERP ecosystems
Experience in proposal writing, commercial documentation, and client engagement
Ability to handle product demos and enterprise-level discussions confidently
Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline
CRM pipeline management and reporting expertise
