Askari Bank is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – Service Quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor branch service standards
• Conduct service quality reviews & reporting
• Ensure SOP & regulatory compliance
• Analyze customer complaints trends
• Monitor branch performance through Q-Matic Monitoring System

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business/Finance
• 3–5 years in Service Quality | Customer Experience
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• Working knowledge of Q-Matic Monitoring System
• Strong hands-on experience in MS Excel (reporting & data analysis)
