🚀 We're Hiring! Assistant Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain 🌍

Location: Islamabad

Mercantile is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager - Logistics & Supply Chain to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Warehouse & Distribution
Manage 3PL operations, inventory accuracy, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
Reconcile stock across ERP, WMS, & 3PL systems.
Track stock ageing and operational KPIs.

2️⃣ Logistics & Imports
Oversee freight, customs, and logistics partners.
Manage inbound/outbound shipments and LC documentation.
Resolve logistics and documentation issues.

3️⃣ Planning & Inventory
Coordinate import planning with HQ.
Maintain optimal inventory levels.
Support forecasting and allocation.

4️⃣ Partner Fulfilment
Supervise Telco/distributor dispatches.
Coordinate service centre logistics, PTA, and FI documentation.
Ensure compliance with customs, telecom, and internal policies.

5️⃣ Reporting & Compliance
Track KPIs and prepare reports.
Prepare dashboards and performance reports.

Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Business.
🔧 5+ years in supply chain management (preferably mobile OEM/distribution).
💼 Strong knowledge of 3PL, imports, LC processes, and Telco fulfilment.
📊 Proficiency in Excel & ERP/WMS systems.
🔍 Strong analytical and coordination skills.
