𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: PKR 150,000

We are seeking an experienced 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 to join a reputable financial institution.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✔ ACCA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✔ 3–5 years of relevant experience in credit risk, credit analysis, or lending within a bank, leasing company, or financial institution
✔ Strong exposure to SME financing and consumer lending preferred

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Conduct comprehensive credit assessments of SME businesses and individual clients
• Analyze financial statements, bank statements, cash flows, and credit reports
• Evaluate creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and industry risk factors
• Prepare structured credit appraisal reports with clear recommendations
• Propose financing structures, limits, tenors, and risk mitigation measures
• Monitor approved facilities and identify early warning signals
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory
requirements
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Legal teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and support audits

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Strong SME financial analysis and consumer credit assessment skills
• Excellent analytical, report-writing, and communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Detail-oriented with high integrity
